NO MATTER WHAT WE DO OR DON'T DO, WE WILL ALWAYS BE JUDGED

Image
This blog is mainly focused on how a dying person teaches us to live a life as if it was the last day of his life as well as he guides us on how we are always being judged under any circumstances. It is estimated that 100 billion people have died since the beginning of humanity around 153000 people died on the day we were all born.  Nikk was dying💀💀….  Bronnie Ware in her book  talks about the five top regrets of the dying:  none of those regrets were about the money🤑💸  They were not about work👩‍🏭👷‍♂️  They were not about promises, Fame, or followers👍... This is what they are about: 1. I wish I had not worked so hard 2. I wish I would have the courage to express my feelings 3. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends 4. I wish  that I had let myself be happier 5. I wish I would have the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life other expected of me .  We die with regrets and wishes, a few hits, but mostly

You were born with wings

" You were born with wings " Through this blog, I wanted to spotlight the things why we are doubting our self? Rumi once wrote, "why do we stay in prison when the doors are so wide open?" " You were born with wings why do we prefer to crawl through life " sometimes thoughts are backed by many securities,  they created the lie that we start to believe and the funny thing is: it's not who we are that holds us back, it's who we think we are. Due to some limiting beliefs, we are living someone else's life: Our limiting beliefs come from our childhood may we were Bullied or put down   Our limiting beliefs come from our parents maybe they were not supportive or encouraging Our limiting beliefs come from school may be a teacher  told us we were never good enough  and some of our limiting beliefs come from our friend maybe we were always comparing ourselves to them We failed to give better because: We are i

WAYNE DAYER once said, "When we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change". The purpose of writing this blog is to target the negative mindset we developed during quarantine days. Let's talk about the things we are doing as a daily routine in our social media handles we are constantly editing and filtering the pictures of our phones, it's about time we started to edit and filter our experiences of life. Wait, wait let me explain:           We can use the filters in our lives to brighten up our days through the following points:- MEDITATION SPENDING TIME WITH MOTHER NATURE SPENDING TIME WITH LOVED ONES     these all are incredible filters that we can use to find light in dark times. We often place a filter over our photos to amplify the great colors that we see in real life. We can amplify the good in our lives offline, too: By focusing on the good more than we complain By focusing on gratitude more than we c

UTILIZATION OF TIME DURING QUARANTINE

WHAT IS QUARANTINE?    The quarantine is the restriction of activities of or the separation of persons who are not ill but who may be exposed to an infectious agent or disease, with the objective of monitoring their symptoms and ensuring the early detection of cases. Quarantine is different from isolation, which is the separation of ill or infected persons from others to prevent the spread of infection or contamination.         As we are all aware of the situation caused due to COIVID-19 from my earlier blog.  In short, we can say the earlier we used to be a free bird and now became the caged bird but this is not totally correct as our day-to-day routine has changed doesn't mean we became a caged bird.  In contrast to this, if we observe the positive changes that take place in our nature due to quarantine days are:         Pollution levels decreasing Animals on streets Ozone layer healing Venice got its clearwater and s
